Ambitexterity

Ambitexterity is a small square-format booklet created in just one week during a workshop with Sarah Mazzetti at ISIA Urbino.
The concept revolves around the playful visual exploration of homographs—words that share the exact same spelling but carry completely different meanings (and often different pronunciations). Across each spread, the illustrations play with this linguistic ambiguity, visually merging the dual nature of each word to create unexpected and clever combinations.
The words illustrated in the project are: Converse, Wonder, Content, Defect, Wind, Tear, Row, Bow, and Minute.
